Piccante was born from a simple idea: Byron Bay deserved nights that felt like something. Not just events to fill a calendar, but evenings designed around music, connection, and the kind of atmosphere you don't want to leave.

Led by Frankie Love, Italian DJ who handles the events setup, venue relationships and DJ sets, and Daniel Hamilton, Australian entrepreneur who takes care of direction strategy, promoting and connecting our culture to the communities.

We collaborate closely with 1MM - One Music Media, an agency that documents DJ culture across many Australian events. One of their most exciting projects is right here in Byron Bay at Otherside Cafe, an intimate venue that has become one of the town's most unique stages for live DJ sessions, recorded for Youtube once a month and gaining consistent amount of viewers worldwide. We're proud to be part of it, helping with the DJ recruitment, and setting up decks and sound system that makes every session worth watching. What area are you based in?
We are based in Byron Bay but we are able to service all along the coast from Yamba to Brisbane, and parts of the hinterland.
How long does it take to setup and pack down the sound system?
It depends on the event but roughly bump in and bump out time is about 4 hours in total.
Do you offer free quotes?
We certainly do, don't be shy, feel free to contact us and tell us about your event so we can help you tailor the right equipment setup for you
Where can I find your sound system catalogue?
We'll be happy to list you in an email all our equipment with quotes for each individual part.
Do you provide assistance during an event?
Absolutely, in most cases one of our team members will be on site throughout the whole event.
Do you provide DJs for event?
We do, we have many artists who collaborate for us and we're happy to assist in getting them in touch with you.
How do I get started with a project?
